These terms cover your use of this website. Using the site means you accept them. They are written plainly on purpose, because terms nobody can read are not really terms.

This page is about the website. The agreement for actual fence work is the written quote and contract you sign with Fence Company Jackson TN, and if anything here conflicts with that signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.

What This Website Is

This site describes the fence and gate work we do in Jackson, Madison County, and the surrounding West Tennessee counties, and it gives you ways to reach us. The guides and service pages are here to help you understand your options before you spend money on a fence.

Information Is General, Your Property Is Specific

Everything on this site is general information. It is not a professional opinion about your particular lot, your fence, your property line, or your legal rights.

We take accuracy seriously. Where these pages describe a local rule, such as the City of Jackson fence permit, front-yard vision requirements, corner-lot sight triangles, or Madison County building permit thresholds, we drew it from the published ordinance or the responsible office. Rules change, ordinances get amended, and how a rule applies to your address can depend on your zoning district, your plat, and your subdivision's own restrictions. Before you build, confirm what applies to your property with the City of Jackson Planning office or the Madison County Building Department, or with the city or county your property actually sits in. Do not treat a web page, including this one, as the final word.

The same goes for property lines. Nothing on this site is a survey. If where your line runs matters, and on a fence it usually does, get a licensed surveyor. And nothing here is legal advice. Tennessee has statutes and case law on boundary fences, shared fence costs, spite fences, and long-standing fence lines, and how those apply to a dispute with your neighbor is a question for a Tennessee attorney, not for us.

Estimates and Quotes

Nothing on this website is a price, an offer, or a binding quote. There are no prices published here, on purpose, because a fence price depends on the material, the line length, the terrain, the gates, and what is in the ground.

A real quote comes after we visit the property, and it is given to you in writing. Until you have that written quote and both sides have agreed to it, nothing is priced and nothing is scheduled. A written quote is good for a reasonable period and may be revised if material costs change, if the scope changes, or if we find conditions on site that were not visible when we walked it. We will tell you when that happens rather than surprising you on the invoice.

Contacting Us Through This Site

When you send the estimate form, you are asking us to get back to you, and you agree we may reach you by phone, text, or email at the contact information you provided, about the project you described. Carrier message and data rates may apply. You can tell us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text, saying so on the phone, or emailing hello@fencecompanyjacksontn.com.

Please give us accurate information. If the phone number is wrong we cannot call you back, and a wrong property address means we drive to the wrong place. Do not send anything through this website that you need kept confidential, and do not send financial account numbers or identification numbers. We never ask for those to schedule an estimate, so if a message asks you for them, it is not from us.

Acceptable Use

Use this site for its purpose. Do not try to break into it, scrape it wholesale, overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use it to send anything unlawful, threatening, or fraudulent. Do not submit forms under someone else's name or with someone else's phone number. Do not use anything here to build a competing directory or to harvest contact information.

Content and Photographs

The text, layout, and design of this site belong to Fence Company Jackson TN. You are welcome to read it, print a page for your own use, and link to it. Republishing pages as your own content is not permitted.

Photographs on this site are stock images that illustrate fence types, materials, and construction details. They are used to show you what a style looks like. Captions describe what is pictured. They are not presented as photographs of work performed by this company, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim about a specific completed job.

Links to Other Sites

Where we link to an outside page, such as a city or county office, we do not control that page, its accuracy, or its availability, and a link is not an endorsement of anything else that appears there.

No Warranty on the Website

This website is provided as is. We do not promise it will always be available, that every page will be free of errors, or that the information on it is current at the moment you read it. Any warranty on actual fence work is whatever is stated in your signed written agreement, and nothing on this website adds to it or takes away from it.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Fence Company Jackson TN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from reliance on general information published here. This does not limit any obligation we have under a signed contract for work we performed, and it does not limit anything that cannot be limited under Tennessee law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and any dispute about this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tennessee.

Changes to These Terms

We may update this page. The version posted here is the one that applies, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
