Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Fence Company Jackson TN collects through this website, why we collect it, who sees it, and how to ask us to delete it. We are a small local fence contractor. We are not in the data business, and this site exists for one reason: so people in Jackson and West Tennessee can reach us about a fence.

What We Collect
There are two kinds of information here. The first is what you type in and send us on purpose. The second is what a website collects automatically.
Information you give us. Our estimate form asks for your name, phone number, and what kind of fence work you need. It also has optional fields for your email address and the property address. Nothing on that form is required except your name, your phone number, and the type of work, because that is the minimum we need to call you back about a job. If you email or text us instead, we have whatever you put in that message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this one may record basic technical information when you visit: the pages you open, the approximate region you are in, your browser and device type, and the site or search that sent you here. We may use cookies and an analytics tool for this. Any such data is aggregate, meaning it describes how many people opened a page rather than who they are. We do not use it to build a profile of you personally.
Where we run advertising, campaign tags that arrive in the web address when you click an ad or a link may travel with a form submission, so we can tell which advertising brings in calls. Those tags say where an inquiry came from, not who you are.
Why We Collect It
Your contact information is used to respond to you about the work you asked about. That means calling or texting you back, asking follow-up questions, scheduling a visit to walk the property, sending you a written quote, and staying in touch while the job is scheduled and built.
The automatic information is used to understand which pages are useful, whether the site works on the phone people are actually holding, and which advertising is worth paying for. That is it.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to lead-generation brokers. If you have filled out a form on another contractor's website and then received calls from six companies you never heard of, that is what selling leads looks like, and we do not do it.
Calls and Texts Back
When you submit the estimate form or send us your phone number, you are asking us to get in touch, and you are agreeing that we may call or text you at that number about your project, including from an automated dialing system if we use one. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. This consent is not a condition of buying anything from us.
You can stop it any time. Reply STOP to a text and the texts stop. Tell us on the phone to take you off the list and we will. Email hello@fencecompanyjacksontn.com and say the same thing and that works too. If you tell us to stop contacting you, we will keep only enough of a record to honor that request.
Who Sees Your Information
Your form submission goes to us. Beyond our own crew, a few service providers necessarily handle it as part of running the site and the business:
- The hosting and website platform that serves these pages and delivers the form submission to us
- The email provider that carries and stores that message
- An analytics service, where one is in use, that records the aggregate visit data described above
- Advertising platforms, where we run ads, so they can report which campaigns produced contacts
Each of those providers has its own terms and its own privacy policy. We only use them to run the business, not to market your information to anyone else. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, such as a valid subpoena or court order, or if it is necessary to protect someone's safety or our legal rights.
How Long We Keep It
Estimate requests and job records are kept as long as they are useful for running the business, which means through the work itself and afterward for follow-up questions, later work, and normal business and tax records. If you asked for a quote and never hired us, there is no reason for us to keep your information forever. Ask and we will delete it.
Your Choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@fencecompanyjacksontn.com and tell us which. We will handle it within a reasonable time and at no charge. We may need to confirm you are the person the information belongs to before we act on the request, because handing someone else's phone number to a stranger who asks nicely is exactly the thing this policy is supposed to prevent.
You can also control cookies in your browser settings, including blocking them or deleting the ones already stored. Blocking cookies will not break this site. You can opt out of most advertising personalization through the settings of the ad platform in question.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under thirteen. If you believe a child has sent us information, email hello@fencecompanyjacksontn.com and we will delete it.
Security
Form submissions travel to us over an encrypted connection, and access to the inbox that receives them is limited to the people who need it. No website can promise perfect security, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we can promise is that we collect the minimum we need and do not spread it around.
Other Sites
Where this site links to an outside page, such as a city or county office, that page has its own privacy practices and we do not control them.
